This week of leadership workdays only consisted of three days instead of four. It's was only three days because on Thursday, the floor was going to be waxed so leadership was cancelled for that day. On Monday we worked on banners, my group contained Joylyn, Deriecka, Cheana, Dayna, & lastly Lori. We all participated on making the banners of course, but we took longer than the other group because we wanted to make it neat as possible. Our banners was really long so we tried making the letters big but not too big so that we can take up most of the space of the banner paper. That day was sort of short because that was all we did that day but we bonded a little more, so that was the great part of the day. On Tuesday, we learned how to make receipts for schedule pick-up day. We reviewed on some stuff that day too, so it wasn't that boring. We made intros, made a playlist that's at least 35 minutes long, got to set up the music equipment, and of course learned how to make receipts. I got the hang of making intros, it isn't that hard I actually enjoyed making it. When I made a playlist, it was really frustrating because there was one point I didn't know what to put and I had to write at least 10-14 songs or more but I finished making that much songs within the time limit we were given. Setting up the music equipment was easy I guess ? If I were to rate it 1-10 on how hard it was to set it up, I would rate it as 3 ? Because we me and my partner Taylor was confused on why one the speakers wasn't turning on and we didn't know how to set up the mixer but we figured it out and successfully played at least 1 1/2 songs. Learning how to make receipts was really easy and I got quizzed on what things go where and I got everything correct. That day ended a little early before 12 but I was fine with that because I was really tired. On Wednesday, we thought about yearbook themes. We got in trouble because some of us didn't have an idea for a yearbook theme ready and Mr. Ing assigned us it the day before to have it ready. But we moved on from that and reviewed on how to work and set up the music equipment, and make intros. I learned what the dials mean on row 7-8, it fascinates me how we could make the base louder than the voice or the voice louder than the base. I learned how to finally burn a disc but it's complicated in my opinion but I'll remember how to do it if I burn discs a lot more. Anyways, that's all for the week. 

Highlight of my week would have to be going to Cheana's parties. I got to bond more with Chelsey, Kaylyn, Malia, & Cheana. But I especially wanted to get to know Malia more. We went to Jessdabest to get acai bowls, it was really delicious like always. Kaylyn had a gopro so we took a few pictures together. But we came back to Cheana's house and had Cheana's mom's best spaghetti ! It was really good. And then we did the ice challenge, they poured the water slowly on me so I was really cold but it refreshing afterwards. And I went home kinda late like @9:30 pm but that was the whole day consisted of so yeah.

I learned this week to be more social with people. I learned to be social with people because it's nice to make new friends. I learned so much about Malia, there's so many complicated things in her life and I hope her the best with everything.
