Bio Cube Blog

in this assignment blog, I'll be talking about what the activity is about. first things first, the whole central idea of it is to share to the class basically about us. there's 6 sides, one of them is where our picture and names goes on to identify who it belongs to. one of the sides is background, easiest description finished since we got to share basically a short scripture of our lives. another side is significance, I have like 3 significances I'll be sharing which is God, education and family of course. we share how important it is to us and why. next we got obstacle. my obstacle I will be sharing later on is my short temper of mines, we announce what prevents us from doing what we need to do and how we can overcome it. then we got personality, in personality we share our traits. our traits is very important to share to others. I believe it's interesting to see how we portray to others than our point-of-view. and lastly we talk about is quote. we explain a quote that we admire and tell the class how it's important to us by heart. that's basically it other than you decorate it also.

what I enjoyed about this project was being able to customize it our own style and being able to know what to do from our previous school year doing this project (for 8th graders experiences). I do see my improvement from last year's bio cube to now. it has changed a lot and my best skills has excelled for the better of my organization skills. also, my lowlights I had was finishing it last minute. I procrastinated and it prevented me from turning it in when I got to work. also, some of  my paperwork got dirty so I had to leave it as is since I didn't have a backup copy.

if I were to adjust this assignment, I would make the bio cube based on someone else tbh. I'll find it really interesting and a great experience for every individual one of us to make a bio cube about anyone in the classroom. it'll be a better exercise to get to know each other all better. not only that but we get to learn things as we go over some questions. the way I'll change it is to basically assign everyone they're own person, most likely someone they barely talk to in the class to bring everyone closer as a family. also, I'll like to change the fact how many of us have the mostly the same main idea for every topic. I'll like everyone to claim their topic what they'll be talking about in the beginning instead of having things repeated, such as obstacle many people would put "drama". I'll change this by going to Mr. Ing about it and convince/persuade him into trying the new idea how we all basically get to share different things in different point-of-views.

Glo 1: I was a self directed learner because I was able to finish my work without anybody suggesting things to me and took things in the matter of my own hands
Glo 2: I was a community contributor because when it came to helping out other group members, I provided them supplies and explained where everything they needed was
Glo 3: I was a complex thinker because when a problem appeared such as the duct tape getting caught, we took it off slowly and replaced it with new tape to make it straight
Glo 4: I was able to produce quality work because I gave in all my effort I had in this project to show my improvement from last year
Glo 5: I was able to communicate clearly when I shared any projects/work by speaking specifically for the other person to hear me.
Glo 6: I was an effective and ethical user of technology because I was able to work the technology that was given to me to work on, I made sure I was doing everything right on the technology like printing out my writing for my bio cube
